Return Policy and Warranty

Isla Morena warrants that it will repair, replace or refund, at the client’s sole option, any products of Isla Morena that are defective in materials or workmanship for a period of one week from the date of original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Limitations of Warranty

This warranty does not apply to any of the following:

• A product utilized for research and development purposes.
• Damage to the product resulting from the use of product in what isla Morena, in its sole discretion, considers extreme applications such as, but not limited to: dyeing, bleaching, straightening, perming.
• A product that has been modified.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by the use of supplies that are not compatible, suitable and/or authorized by Isla Morena for use with the product.

For your order, would like to inform you that warranty applies from 7 days after the items are received for noticeable defect or issues like: Weight, hairstyle, Density, Quantity, Length, Size , Color, Texture and 30 days after the items are received if the problem is shedding and tangling.

Disclaimer: Alteration of products such as coloring, bleaching, styling, straightening and perming will not be accepted as well as products that exceed the warranty time stated above.
